1. What is Asian Experience Music?
Asian Experience Music is a music service and an online store
servicing music and videos from Asian artists. You can register
for our music service to play unlimited songs from our music
library from your computer. You can also purchase music in
CD format or movies in DVD format. Short video clips are available
to view before purchasing DVDs.

2. Do I have to pay for the music services?
Registering to use our music service is free. However, if
you choose to buy any music CDs, you will need to pay for
any music at the time of purchase.
3. Why do I need to register to use
the music service?
When you register, you are simply
creating a username and password which will keep track of
the songs you add to your play list. Whenever you log in from
any computer, you will be able to access your created playlist
to add or delete songs. By registering, we do not use your
name or e-mail for any reason other than for customer service.

4. Can I download music with Asian Experience
Music?
No. You will not be able to download the available music from
our website. However, our music player allows continuous listening
enjoyment with streaming audio.
5. How do I download the Flash Player?

to download the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.
You will be brought to their website to their download page.
Click on the download button and follow instructions. The
download should only take 2-3 minutes. Return to our website
and launch the music player.

6. When I launch the music player, it
show only a black box. What do I do?
You will need to log in before launching
the music player.
7. How do I update my playlist in the
music player?
If you add or delete songs from your playlist while the music
player is playing, you will need to relaunch the music player
by clicking on the "Music Player" button at the
bottom of the Music page. This will
update the music player.

8. Can I purchase music or movies from
Asian Experience Music?
Yes. You can purchase any CD or DVD we have on our website.
To shop, go to the Music or Movie
pages and search through our collection. Select a CD or DVD
and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
9. How do I pay for purchases through
the website?
We currently do not offer online payment processing. To pay
for your order, please send a money order to the following
