Return/Exchange Policy?

When placing an order on this web site, you specify that you have read and agree to the following return and exchange policies and conditions.

Returning Policy

No returns are allowed except within 2 weeks of the time of purchase. All exchanges must be made with your order number.

Exchange Policy

You have within 14 days from the date your payment was received to get a valid exchange. It does not have to be back to us within 14 days, but it does have to be shipped out within allowed days.

Because our suppliers make certain that CDís or DVDís are not scratched, if you are returning a defective product that is scratched, it is consider an invalid exchange. Otherwise shipping fees will be reimbursed to you. If you are making an exchange with a non-defective product, shipping fees will not be reimbursed to you.

If you exchange your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you acquire the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied regardless a defective or non-defective product.

Please also allow approximately up to 4 weeks to process your exchange after it has arrived, and for return shipping, depending on how fast shipment was shipped out.

If you do not follow all criteria for a complete exchange, it will be rejected and returned back to you. Consequently, your request will be denied and any replacement order will be canceled. Our arrangements with our suppliers allow us no room to make exceptions.

All returns must include the following: Original packaging (box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.). Please examine and test the product to your satisfaction before dispose packaging. Valid exchange must be within 14 days from the date your payment was received. And if a CD or DVD is scratched, it is consider an invalid exchange. Must have an order number to track down an order. CD, video, or DVD must be in cover or case).
